These products reproduce the appearance and color of wood weathered by time.
These oxidants use the same mechanisms as nature, allowing you to obtain the color you are looking for.
You can increase the desired effect on the wood by mechanical preparation: Brushing with an abrasive nylon brush like “TIMEX” type mounted on an industrial or manual brush machine.
Concerning the choice of wood, it is advisable to use 2nd and 3rd category wood which has knots and cross-grains which give relief to the piece to be treated.
You can also use wood that has been split, this reinforces the aged effect of the wood.
For a more discreet result, you can use simply sanded and weathered wood.
